JOHN
John began his career over 20 years ago as a Peace Corps volunteer in Africa and has since built a track record across frontier and emerging markets in both Southeast Asia and Africa. He has led private equity investments and platforms, executed market entry strategies, and developed commercial real estate in difficult-to-operate geographies. John has executed and advised on over $500 million in investment transactions involving DFIs, family offices, corporates, private equity and venture capital firms, and institutional investors. His work has taken him across Southeast Asia and Africa, including extended periods living in Nigeria, Cameroon, South Africa, Zambia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. He is based in Manila.
